DOG TRAINING

As a fully qualified Puppy School Tutor and IMDT Trainer with several years of experience working with breeds of all ages and sizes, I can offer bespoke puppy and dog training either in person or online. I can work with you to tackle things your pup struggles with most, whether that is basic obedience, loose lead walking, anxiety or reactivity. Training is taught exclusively through science-backed positive reward-based methods and covers basic to intermediate training for pups of all ages and abilities. In-person

Work with me in your home or local park. I cover Clapham, Balham, Streatham, Dulwich and Crystal Palace. Each session is followed up with session notes and a training plan tailored to your pup. Online Session

Online Sessions are a great first step in a new training programme for two reasons; it gives us a chance to discuss the issues you're having and start implementing some techniques. It also allows me to observe your dog behave as they usually would since many dogs can get excited or stressed when visitors come to the home. The Perfect Puppy Course

The Perfect Puppy course sets your puppy up for the very best start in life, covering all the essentials of puppy training from the comfort of your own home.

You will get WhatsApp support throughout the course where I can also give feedback on any video footage of your training.

Training Packages

Bronze Training Package

Includes one initial consultation in which I will get to know you and your dog. I will then come up with a detailed training plan which will then be followed by two in person sessions and one zoom session where we can work through the plan and adjust as needed. You will also receive WhatsApp support for up to two weeks after our last session.

Silver Training Package

Includes one initial consultation in which I will get to know you and your dog. I will then come up with a detailed training plan which will then be followed by four in person sessions and one zoom session where we can work through the plan and adjust as needed.

You will also receive WhatsApp support including reviews of training footage for up to two weeks after our last session.

Gold Training Package

Includes one initial consultation in which I will get to know you and your dog. I will then come up with a detailed training plan which will then be followed by six in person sessions plus a zoom session where we can work through the plan and adjust as needed.

You will also receive WhatsApp support including reviews of training footage for up to two weeks after our last session.

Puppy and Dog Training

Residential

With any dogs I board, I offer the option of a train and board. This entails 3x focused training sessions through out the day focusing on your main challenges. The pups will then get added socialisation by going out into the wider world and practising settle. As with all my boarding dogs, owners will get regular photo and video pup-dates and a personalised training plan at the end of their stay.

QUALIFICATIONS

I have nearly 4 years experience working with dogs of all shapes, breeds, sizes and ages. In 2021/2022 I completed my Puppy School Tutor Training under the supervision of Gwen Bailey, one of the UK’s most respected dog behaviourists. During this course and throughout my years assisting with Surrey and South London Dog Training School, I have learnt about basic obedience including recall and loose lead walking but more importantly I have learnt the way in which dogs communicate with us and each other. This helps me to understand how your dog is feeling and support them accordingly which builds trust and confidence. Most recently I became a fully qualified trainer with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) and a member of the UK Dog Behaviour and Training Charter. I am fully insured and trained in canine first aid so your pup is in safe hands with me.
